Andrew Hoffman is the founder of CBC Capital LLC. He has more than 20 years of business experience, holding key positions in several leading global professional services organizations. Mr. Hoffman has advised numerous Fortune 100 companies as well as medium sized and small privately held organizations across a variety of industries including industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, distribution, industrial manufacturing, financial services, consumer business, software and hospitality. Mr. Hoffman most recently held the role of Director Private Equity Services with Alvarez & Marsal.

At Alvarez & Marsal, Andrew Hoffman’s primary responsibilities were to assist private equity investment firms with pre-acquisition due diligence, carve-out planning and merger integration. In this role Mr. Hoffman worked side by side with private equity firms, corporate senior executives, investment bankers and other third party experts in their assessment of acquisition candidates.

Prior to joining A&M, Andrew was a Senior Manager in the Strategy and Operations practice at Deloitte Consulting. Previously, he served as a Manager in the Finance Business Solutions practice of Andersen Business Consulting.

Mr. Hoffman earned a Bachelor's Degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management Policy, from Case Western Reserve University.

Mr. Hoffman is a member of the Advisory Board of the Rock Ethics Institute of the Pennsylvania State University.

Outside of work, Mr. Hoffman resides in Bryn Mawr, PA with his wife and three children and spends some of his free time running, fishing and coaching youth soccer.
